Emergency Response Centre & Operations, Rawtenstall

The Emergency Response Centre for Medequip Connect is based in Rawtenstall, Lancashire. The Centre monitors all telecare equipment 24 hours a day and supports Medequip’s out of hours calls for the Community Equipment Service.

We offer a 24 hour Monitored Telecare Service that enables you to get help at the press of a button if you have an accident or emergency in your home. Our friendly team will supply all the necessary equipment and will provide a monitored service 365 days a year. In the event of an emergency your next of kin, nominated contacts or emergency services will be alerted.

We currently offer a local response service in the following areas:

• Cumbria
• Oxfordshire
• Suffolk

Our response service means we will alert our fully trained responders to assist you in the event of an emergency. Each responder been police checked (DBS) and carry with them a wide range of equipment to help aid and assist you in the safest way possible. We aim to arrive onsite within 45 minutes to all emergencies.

We offer Technology Enabled Care (TEC) solutions privately to the public nationally, as well as tailored short-term and long-term solutions to local authorities and housing associations.
